what do you have to have (because everything won't fit)
tiny house should not be a passing fancy, like owning a boat
or using and RV where it sits for 11 months a year... SO
* it should be well built to last 20 or more years (with proper maintenance )
*must have all vital utility systems and life enhancing features
* should be pleasing to the eye
* ideally should be purpose built, not converted travel trailer or shipping container
* strong of frame for going over the road ( super strong if taking off pavement)
* good combination of natural light, open feeling, yet enough privacy (no fishbowl)
