When I encountered the young Highway patrolman tonight who was single-handedly backing up traffic six miles, i was still nice
I did NONE of the following:
Offer to show him a new way of holding his big flashlight without hands.
Tell him that his rental costume was overdue from Halloween
Imply that his furry hat was on too tight and had squeezed all the blood away from his brain rendering him as stupid as all the tourists who were in my way.
Nor did I question for the reasoning behind his request of me, I knew he was just doing his job.
